Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a one-year
contract with Marsh USA, Inc. to obtain Crime Insurance (Forms O, B, C and F)
for an estimated annual premium of $9,012, all in accordance with Request for
Proposal B1~0010-03. This one-year contract provides for three additional one-
year renewal options.

for any other purpose.
