Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute documents settling Thorne vs.
City of Corpus Christi, Cause No.01-61527-1; County Court at Law No. 1, Nueces
County, Texas, for $125,000 in accordance with the agreement negotiated by the
City's attorneys.
