Motion approving the purchase of three (3) riding mowers from Jones Equipment
and Turf, Inc., of Fort Worth, Texas, in accordance with the State of Texas
Cooperative Purchasing Program for a total amount of $33,324. The riding
mowers will be used by the Park and Recreation Department. Funds are
available in the FY2002-2003 Capital Outlay Fund.

representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money

for any other purpose.
