Motion approving a supply agreement with Univar, USA, Inc., of Corpus Christi,
Texas, for approximately 1,312,079 pounds of sodium bisulfite in accordance with
Bid Invitation BI-0006-03 based on best and lowest bid for an estimated annual
expenditure of $190,251.46. The term of the contract will be for twelve months
with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods subject to
the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have
been budgeted by the Wastewater Department in FY2002-2003.
