Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an engineering
services contract with Shiner, Moseley and Associates, Inc., of Corpus Christi,
Texas, in an amount not to exceed $99,700 for the J.C. Elliott Landfill Sector 10
Liner Improvements.
