MOTIONS - 11/12/02
Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Real Estate
Sales Contract with Gus Montis, in the amount of $121,500 plus $1,500 in closing
costs and an additional amount not to exceed $10,000 for relocation assistance
to cover moving costs and incidental expenses in connection with a replacement
business property, all for the purchase of fee simple property rights for Parcel 2,
being all of Lot 12, Block 1, Mount Vernon Subdivision, with street address of
4902 Everhart Road, necessary for the McArdle Road Street Improvement
Project, Phase 3. (BOND ISSUE 2000)

I, the Director of Finance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to
the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.

Motion authorizing the execution of a Real Estate Sales Contract with Gus Montis in the
