contract with Salinas Construction of Pleasanton, Texas in the amount of
$883,739.07 for the following: (Bond Issue 2000)
Azores Drive from Caribbean to cul-de-sac; and
Catcay Drive from Caribbean to cul-de-sac

I, the Director of Finance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to
the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
