International Bank of Commerce: Regional bank headquarters to be constructed at 221 S. Shoreline (old Darryl's Restaurant location) Requested allocation: $5,000,000 2. JLG Joint Venture: Shoreline Medical Clinic project, Longevity and Wellness Center of South Texas, Inc., 401 S. Shoreline. This project includes the demolition of an existing old car dealership and the construction of a major medical facility. Agua Java: Interior demolition and construction of a restaurant/coffee bar in the Water Street Market complex through the H20 Market Trust at 304 N. Upper Broadway (the building has been vacant for 17 years) Requested allocation: $700,000 11. Ray's Bar-B-Que: Rehabilitation and expansion of existing restaurant at 2214 Winnebago. Requested allocation: $30,000 12. Ebony's Fashions: Rehabilitation of a structure for retail business at 1008 Sam Rankin. Requested allocation: $35,000 13.
