Motion authorizing a 5% salary increase for the City Secretary effective
immediately and clarifying that his vacation and sick leave accrual is unlimited
and that additional vacation and sick leave days granted by the Council are
beyond those authorized by the City's Classification and Compensation
Ordinance.
