Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement
with Planned Parenthood of South Texas, Inc. to provide $4,400 from the
FY2002~2003 Weed and Seed Program to implement collaborative partnerships
with community programs to provide after school, weekend and summer
programs in Site I North. The goal is to reduce at-risk behaviors including drug
and alcohol use and teen pregnancy among Weed and Seed adolescents.
