Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement
with The Salvation Army to provide $5,000 from the FY2002-2003 Weed and
Seed Program to implement operations and supportive services necessary to
administer the transitional housing program, Project Bridge for Families. Project
Bridge for Families targets homeless families in Site I North that are ready to
leave the emergency shelter and enter a transitional housing program.
