Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement
with South Texas Institute for the Arts, Antonio E. Garcia Arts Education Center
to provide $8,406.50 from the FY2002-2003 Weed and Seed Program to
implement opportunities to learn through the Art's about one's self-esteem and
pride in the neighborhood.
