Motion approving a supply agreement with Comlink Wireless Technologies, Inc.,
of Grapevine, Texas for two-way radio batteries in accordance with Bid Invitation
No. BI-0131-02, based on Iow total bid for an estimated annual expenditure of
$50,851.16. The term of the contract will be for twelve months with an option to
extend for u p to two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the approval of the
supplier and the City Manager or his designee. The batteries are used by various
City departments. Funds have been budgeted in FY 2002-2003 by the using
departments.
