MOTIONS - 12/10/02
9. Motion approving a supply agreement with SBC of Austin, Texas for hardware and
operating system maintenance and support on the City's Cisco network equipment
in accordance with the State of Texas Cooperative Purchasing Program for a total
amount of $70,445.64. The term of the contract will be for twelve months with an
option to extend for up to two additional twelve-months periods subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee.
