MOTIONS - 12/17/02
9. Motion approving supply agreements with the following companies for the
following amounts, for Reformulated Gasoline, Regular Gasoline, and Low
Sulphur Diesel Fuel, in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0017-03, based on
low bid. The term of the supply agreements shall be for twelve months, with
options to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the
approval of the suppliers and the City Manager or his designee.
