11.b. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to purchase an
EdgeCastNET software system from Alpha Video, Inc., of Edina, Minnesota in the
amount of $23,995 to allow the City of Corpus Christi's Public Information Office
to produce and schedule programming for CCTV (Government Access/Channel
20).
