MOTIONS - 12/17/02
12. Motion approving a maintenance agreement with Medtronic Physio-Control
Corporation, of Redmond, Washington, for testing and calibrating of automatic
external defibrillators for the Fire Department-EMS, based on sole source, for a
total amount of $26,296. Funds have been bUdgeted by the Fire Department in
FY2002-2003.
