MOTIONS - 12/17/02
13. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to enter into a three year
lease with Xerox Corporation, of Austin, Texas, for twelve copiers, in accordance
with the State of Texas Cooperative Purchasing Program for an estimated three
year expenditure of$160,032.96. The copiers will be used by Police, Development
Services, EOC, Museum and Animal Control. Funds have been budgeted by the
using departments in FY2002-2003 and will be requested for all subsequent
budget years.

I, the Director of Finance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certifY to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to
the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
