14. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
8 in the amount of $165,665 with RVE Engineering, Inc., of Corpus Christi, Texas,
for engineering services associated with Corpus Christi International Airport
roadway and parking lot improvements.
