15. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
13 to the architectural/engineering services contract with M. Arthur Gensler, Jr.
and Associates, Inc., of Houston, Texas, in the amountof$363, 158 for design and
construction phase services associated with the build out of additional retail space,
the Federal Inspection Station, and Transportation Security Administration offices
for the Corpus Christi International Airport Terminal project.

I, the Director of Finance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certifY to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to
the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
