19. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an engineering
services contract with Urban Engineering of Corpus Christi, Texas, in the amount
of $1 ,824,742 for the Southside Transmission Water Main, Phases 4, 4a, and 5.

required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to
the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
