Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a consultant
contract with Smith, Russo and Mercer of Corpus Christi, Texas, for a total fee not
to exceed $256,600 for the Oso Water Reclamation Plant Structural/Process
Improvements - Cladfier Bridges/Aeration Basin/Fine Bubble Diffuser.

required for the contram, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to

for any other purpose.
