41.b. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
contract with Fulton-Coastcon Corporation, Joint Venture of Corpus Christi, Texas,
in an amount not to exceed $34,232,798 for the Multi-purpose Arena and an
amount not to exceed $1,500,000 for the Convention Center Expansion
Mechanical System Improvements.
