Motion approving a supply agreement with Horacio Ortiz Independent Security
Consultant, Inc., of Corpus Christi, Texas, for armored courier service in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0028-03, based on Iow bid, for an estimated
annual expenditure of $34,200. The term of the agreement shall be for twelve
months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods,
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee.
Funds have been budgeted by the using departments in FY2002-2003.
