Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 277 gate valves, ranging
in size from 3" to 12", with National Waterworks of Corpus Christi, Texas, in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0040-03, based on Iow bid, for an estimated
annual expenditure of $81,216.67. The term of the contract will be for twelve
months with options to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods,
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager, or his designee.
