Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a signal
construction supply contract with Star Operations Inc., of Corpus Christi, Texas,
in the amount of $389,957.50 for a Traffic Signal Construction Agreement for
various new locations, Phase 2. (Bond Issue 2000)

representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to
the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
