Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
4 to the contract for consulting services with the University of Texas Marine
Sciences Institute in the amount of $172,684 for Biological Monitoring of the
Effects of Wastewater Effluent Diversions on Primary and Secondary Production
in the Nueces Delta.
