28.a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an amendment
to the Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) application submitted August 29, 2002,
increasing the PFC collection level from $3.00 to $4.50 beginning March 1,2003,
increasing the allowable collections by $2,278,707 to $43,362,585 and extending
the collection period to January 1,2027.
