contract with Garney Companies, Ltd., of Kansas City, Missouri, for a total fee not
to exceed $15,844,698.58 for the Southside Water Transmission Main, Phases

the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
