Motion approving a supply agreement with Polydyne, Inc. of Riceboro, Georgia,
for approximately 180 tons of liquid cationic polymer solution in accordance with
Bid Invitation No. B1-0049-03 based on Iow bid, for an estimated annual
expenditure of $115,200. The term of the supply agreement will be for twelve
months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee.
The Water Department will use this chemical for the treatment of our water
supply. Funds have been budgeted for FY2002-2003.

I, the Director o£ Finance of the City o£ Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required £or the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to
the credit o£ the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.

03 based on low bid, for an estimated annual expenditure of $115,200. The term of the
supply agreement will be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to two
additional twelve-month periods subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. The Water Department will use this chemical for the treatment of
our water supply. Funds have been budgeted for FY 02/03.
