Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Geotechnical
Services Agreement with Trinity Engineering/Kleinfelder, Inc. of Waco, Texas in
an estimated amount not to exceed $53,925 per year for a total not to exceed
contract of $107,850 for the J.C. Elliott Landfill Groundwater Monitoring and
Sampling 2003 and 2004 Project.
