Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
weld inspection and testing contract with Base Line Data, Inc., of Portland, Texas
in an amount not to exceed $105,455 for the Southside Water Transmission
Main, Phases 2, 2A, and 3 Project.
