Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to a Legal
Services Agreement with Lowell F. Denton of Denton, Navarro, Rocha & Bernal,
approving additional funds up to $15,000, for a total of no more than $40,000 to
represent the City in the Police Contract Negotiations.
