12.b. Motion authorizing the Acting City Manager or his designee to execute a contract
with Logical Networks, Inc. of Irving, Texas for the purchase of Cisco network
equipment in the amount of $183,437.70 in accordance with the State of Texas
Qualified Information Services Vendor (QISV) Program. To be financed over a
thirty-six month pedod through our Lease Finance Program.
