Motion authorizing the Acting City Manager or his designee to execute Ratification
of Amendment No. 2 to the Consultant Contract with Bath Engineering Group of
Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $7,890 for a total re-stated contract
amount of $32,710 for the Padre Island Pump Station Valve Automation and
Instrumentation Project.
