Motion authorizing the Acting City Manager or his designee to execute Change
Order No. 43 with the Texas Department of Transportation in the amount of
$1,114,384.29 for the realignment of water and wastewater utilities as part of the
Spur 3, Phase 2 Ennis Joslin Road construction contract in accordance with the
Advance Funding Agreement.
