Motion authorizing the Acting City Manager or his designee to execute a contract
with Inwood Contractors, Inc., dba Trailer Trash of Corpus Christi, Texas
guaranteeing the annual delivery of specific tonnage of acceptable waste to the
J.C. EIliott Landfill for a specific fee, for a period not to exceed the life of the J.C.
Elliot Landfill.
