Easement instrument with Rachel Cornelia Frazier, et al, in the amount of
$34,242.50 for Parcel 33, comprised of a Utility Easement and Temporary
Construction Easement, necessary for the Southside Water Transmission Main,
Phase 2a, and for other municipal purposes.
