Motion authorizing the Acting City Manager or his designee to execute an Utility
Easement instrument with Thomas D. Richardson, et al, in the amount of
$34,207.80 for Parcel 34, comprised of a Utility Easement and Temporary
Construction Easement, necessary for the Southside Water Transmission Main,
Phase 3, and for other municipal purposes.
