Motion authorizing the Acting City Manager or his designee to execute a Utility
Easement Instrument with Richard L. Ocker, Donald A. Ocker, and A.D.D.
Corporation, a Texas Corporation, in the amount of $47,500, for Parcels 47 and
48, both necessary for the Southside Water Transmission Main, Phase 3 Project,
and for other municipal purposes.
