Motion approving a supply agreement with Sanfords Wrecker Service of Corpus
Christi, Texas for wrecker service for category 1 and 2 type vehicles in accordance
with Bid Invitation No. B1-0003-03 based on Iow bid for an estimated annual
expenditure of $40,825 of which $10,206.24 is for FY2002-2003. The term of the
contract will be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to two additional
twelve-month periods subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager
or his designee. Funds have been budgeted by Maintenance Services and the
Fire Department in FY2002-2003.

l, the Director of Finance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized representative),
hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money required for the contract,
agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified
below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
Agenda item: Motion approving a supply agreement with Saofords Wrecker Service, Corpus Christi,
Texas for wrecker service for category I and 2 type vehicles in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-
0003-03 based on low bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $40,825 of which $10,206.24 is fbr FY
02-03. The term of the contract will be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to two
additional twelve-month periods subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. Funds have been budgeted by Maintenance Services and the Fire Department in FY 02-03.
