Motion approving the lease of a reconditioned motor graderwith H&V Equipment
Services, Inc., of Corpus Christi, Texas for the total amount of $80,800, of which
$6,674 is budgeted in FY2002-2003. The award is in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. B1-0101-03 and is based on Iow bid. The term of the lease is for
twenty-four months with an option to extend the lease for up to twelve additional
months subject to the approval of the City Manager or his designee. The motor
grader will be used by the Park and Recreation Department.
