Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement for
engineering services with MEI Govind, Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas in the
amount of $42,000 for the Bayfront Convention Center Expansion and New
Multipurpose Arena - Phase 3 Street and Parking Lot Modifications.
