Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Real Estate
Sales Contract with Thomas W. Stewart and Nina Kathleen Russo, Independent
Executrix of the Estate of John B. Russo, in the amount of $37,000 plus $1,500
in closing costs for the purchase of fee simple property rights for .882 acres out
of Block 53, Beach Addition, necessary for the Broadway Wastewater Treatment
Plant Lift Station & Diversion to Greenwood Wastewater Treatment
Plant/Nueces River Delta, Project #7110.
