Motion approving a supply agreement for 10,000 plastic recycling bins in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0102-03 with SCL A-1 Plastics, LTD, of
Brampton, Ontado based on Iow bid, for an estimated annual expenditure of
$36,500, of which, $6,083.34 is for FY2002-2003. The term of the supply
agreement shall be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to two
additional twelve-month periods, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. These bins will be furnished by Solid Waste Services for
use in the City-wide Recycling Program. Funds have been budgeted by Solid
Waste Services for FY2002-2003.

I, the Director of Finance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized representative), hereby certify to
the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money required for the contract, agreement, obligation or
expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and
has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
