Motion approving the lease purchase of an asphalt application vehicle from the
Houston-Galveston Area Council of Governments (HGAC), for the total amount of
$91,197 of which $1,610.08 is for FY2002-2003. The award is based on the
Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with HGAC. This equipment will be used bythe
Street Services Department. Funds are available through the Maintenance
Services Fund. This unit is a replacement upgrade to the fleet.

hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money required for the contract,
agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified
below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
