and tower lease agreement with KVOA Communicat ons, Inc. dba KRIS
Communications for a fi~/e year term estimated at $31,559 per year from January
1,2003 through December 31, 2007 and for an opt onal extended term of five
years estimated at $3,6,414 per year from January 1, 2008 through December
31,2012 for continued qse as a communications site to operate a public safety
communications systeml
