Motion authorizing the appointment of a Charter Revision Commission,
consisting of 18 members (two members to be appointed by each Council
Member and two Co-Chairs to be appointed by the Mayor), with the charge of
reviewing the current city charter and making recommendations to the City
Council for possible amendments to be considered in an election in November
2004.
