Motion scheduling a public hearing on August 26, 2003 regarding:
The establishment of the proposed Rodd Field Public Improvement
District; and
Approval of said district's boundaries;
Approval of the method of levying property owner assessments based
upon the cost of infrastructure improvements to said district.
