Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a real estate
sales contract with Katherine Cecelia DeMott, et al in the amount of $86,081 plus
$1,200 in closing costs for the purchase of fee simple property rights for Parcel
8A; being 29.683 acres Out of Tract No. 8, Margaret Kelly Land located south of
the Corpus Christi International Airport between County Roads 2292 and 763 in
connection with the Corpus Christi International Airport Expansion Project, and
for other municipal purposes.
